1. Core Principles
Our goal is to provide a reliable, secure, and accurate research platform. You are expected to use the Service lawfully, honestly, and in a way that does not degrade the Service for anyone else, does not compromise the integrity of the platform, and does not violate the rights of third parties.
2. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to use the Service to engage in or facilitate any of the following:
- Illegal activity. Any use that violates applicable law, regulation, court order, or governmental requirement, including sanctions and export-control laws.
- Unauthorized access. Attempting to access any account, system, or data that you are not expressly authorized to access; circumventing, disabling, or interfering with authentication, access controls, rate limits, or other security features.
- Disruption. Denial-of-service attacks, traffic flooding, brute-force attempts, any activity that materially degrades performance or availability for other users, or any attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without prior written authorization (other than as permitted under Section 6).
- Malicious code. Uploading, transmitting, or executing any virus, worm, trojan, ransomware, logic bomb, keylogger, or other harmful or intrusive code.
- Fraud and misrepresentation. Impersonating any person or entity; creating accounts using false information; using payment methods you do not own or are not authorized to use; manipulating referral, promotional, or trial mechanisms.
- Harassment and harm. Using the Service to harass, threaten, defame, stalk, or otherwise harm any person; transmitting content that is unlawful, obscene, or infringing.
- Privacy violations. Collecting, using, or disclosing personal data about any person in violation of applicable privacy law, our Privacy Policy, or the rights of the data subject.
- Infringement. Using the Service to infringe any copyright, trademark, trade secret, right of publicity, or other intellectual-property or proprietary right.
- Competing use. Using the Service, Model Output, or related Content to develop, train, benchmark, or improve a product or service that competes with the Service, or to create a substitute dataset or model intended to replicate our offering.
- Wagering facilitation. Operating, marketing, or facilitating any real-money wagering, bookmaking, pool, or contest product using the Service, Model Output, or our brand. The Service is a research product; we do not permit it to be packaged, sold, or represented as a wagering product.
- Misrepresentation of outputs. Presenting Model Output as advice, a guarantee, or a recommendation to any third party; misstating accuracy figures, methodology, or the nature of the Service when communicating with others.
3. Automated Access, Scraping, and Rate Limits
Automated access to the Service is permitted only through an official API with valid credentials and within published rate limits, or otherwise under a written agreement with us. Except as so permitted, you agree not to:
- Use bots, crawlers, spiders, headless browsers, or any automated system to access, index, or extract Content;
- Bypass or attempt to bypass rate limits, CAPTCHAs, or other access controls;
- Scrape, cache, replicate, or bulk-download Content or Model Output;
- Use the Service to train, fine-tune, evaluate, or augment any third-party model without our express prior written permission.
We may monitor usage for compliance and may impose, adjust, or enforce technical rate limits, quotas, and throttling at any time.
4. Redistribution, Resale, and Derivative Works
Unless we expressly authorize it in a separate written agreement, you may not:
- Resell, sublicense, lease, rent, or otherwise commercially exploit the Service or any Content;
- Redistribute Model Output to third parties (for example, reposting probabilities, projections, or factor analyses on another platform, newsletter, stream, or feed);
- Publish screenshots, exports, or summaries of Content in a way that obscures the source or that could reasonably be mistaken for an independent product;
- Create derivative works, aggregations, or composite products from Content that are substantially a substitute for the Service.
Limited, incidental sharing of Content for personal commentary, educational, or journalistic purposes is permitted provided that the source is clearly and prominently attributed to Neural Flow Dynamics LLC / [DBA NAME] and that the disclaimers in Section 2 of our Analytics Disclaimer are not obscured or contradicted.
5. Model and Data Integrity
You agree not to take any action that could materially distort, corrupt, or poison our data or our models, including:
- Submitting deliberately false or misleading data through any input surface;
- Attempting to extract, infer, or reconstruct training data, model weights, or proprietary features;
- Using the Service in a way designed to generate systematically biased outputs for the purpose of misleading users or third parties.
6. Security Research and Vulnerability Disclosure
We appreciate responsible security research. If you believe you have discovered a vulnerability, please report it privately to [SUPPORT EMAIL] with the subject line “Security Report”. Please give us a reasonable period to investigate and remediate before public disclosure, and do not access, modify, exfiltrate, or retain any data beyond what is minimally necessary to demonstrate the issue. We will not pursue good-faith researchers who comply with these guidelines.
7. Reporting Violations
If you become aware of any activity on the Service that you believe violates this AUP, please report it to [SUPPORT EMAIL] with the subject line “AUP Report”. Please include a description of the activity, the URLs or account identifiers involved, and any other information that could help us investigate.
8. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations of this AUP and, where we determine a violation has occurred, take any action we consider appropriate, including:
- Issuing a warning and requiring prompt remediation;
- Throttling, restricting, or removing access to specific features;
- Suspending or terminating the offending account;
- Removing Content or Model Output that we reasonably believe violates this AUP or any applicable law;
- Cooperating with law-enforcement authorities, regulators, or other parties where we are legally required or where we reasonably believe cooperation is appropriate.
We may take action without prior notice where we reasonably believe that immediate action is necessary to protect the Service, our users, or third parties.
9. Changes to This AUP
We may update this AUP from time to time. Material changes will be announced on the Service before they take effect, and the “Effective date” above will be revised.
